    Q: Wholesale
    When I sign up to access the "wholesale" link, It asks for a Company name and tax ID. Why?

    A: In order to access our wholesale website, you must have a registered business. The products you purchase on our wholesale website are intended for re-sale only.

    Q: Safety?
    Are your candles safe?

    A: Absolutely. We burn our candles in our own homes, around our own families. We use ONLY lead-free wicks, and high-quality products.
    Keep in mind you should never burn candles over 6 hours. Always extinguish, cool, trim the wick, and re-light. This will ensure that your container does not over-heat, reduces smoke and extends the life of your candle.
    NEVER EVER under ANY circumstances leave a candle unattended.

    Q: Shipping
    Is it safe to ship my order?

    A: We ensure that your order will be free from damage. We take extra care in the packaging so that you will not recieve a box of broken glass. In the event that you do have damages, it will most likely be related to abuse in the shipping process. You will need to contact us in this rare event. During summer months, we pack cold-packs to ensure minimal melting or deformation. We also ship only on Mondays during this time, to prevent your order from sitting in a hot truck over the weekend.

    Q: Processing/Shipping Time
    How long are processing/shipping times?

    A: Because our products are hand-crafted at the time you order, out processing time can be anywhere from 1-2 weeks after we recieve payment. During the Holidays this time may be the latter, since that is our busy season.
